Tyre Enterprises, LLC is owned and operated by Randy Renbarger & Terry Kinimun. This home building partnership was created over 5 years ago when Randy & Terry decided to combine their areas of expertise in order to construct new, high quality, upscale, modern homes at prices that are very affordable and competitive in the Oklahoma Residential Real Estate market.
Randy, 43 years of age, is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and has brought a life-time of business management and production management experience to the partnership. Randy was employed with Tyson Foods as a production manager for over 5 years out of college, where he became very structured and disciplined in his management skills to accomplish maximum output and top quality at least cost. Randy has also been successful in numerous Real Estate and Construction ventures in Oklahoma City, Norman, Purcell & Lexington, Oklahoma. The largest and most recognizable commercial project would be at I-40 and MacArthur in OKC. Randy’s expertise in raw material purchasing and quality control continues to make him a valuable component of Tyre Enterprises. Through the establishment of a reputation for quality, Randy takes personal pride and interest in each and every home built by Tyre.
Terry, 47 years of age, grew up in the residential construction industry. He began his adult building career in OKC in the late 70’s, early 80’s by working with the areas major real estate developers in establishing what are well known, long-term residential sub-divisions. Terry has been project manager on all size and price range homes. He is a perfectionist and takes extreme pride in his quality craftsmanship. Terry expects nothing less from the subcontractors the work for Tyre Enterprises. As a result of Terry’s tenure in residential construction, he also brings superior quality sub-contractors that have long-term relations with Tyre. Terry’s innovative thought processes for creative design and uniqueness sets Tyre apart for the typical home builder; hence the slogan "Elegance for Today’s Families" Terry is a master craftsman in the area of tile & masonry work and his eye for detail in each home built by Tyre, sets them apart from the competition.
Tyre Enterprises, LLC is headquartered in Lexington, Oklahoma and has built high quality affordable residences in Lexington, Purcell, Noble, Norman and other rural areas in central Oklahoma. Tyre has teamed up with the developers of SteepleChase Farms as the premier builder in the newest upscale Payne County development near Perkins. Tyre has been able to bring the experience of Randy & Terry to this new development where quality and class are paramount for the owners of the SteepleChase Farms. Tyre became frustrated in the Norman residential market as many major national homebuilders entered that market and began to sacrifice quality for price. Unfortunately, not all consumers and home buyers can recognize this and as a result, Randy & Terry decided to reduce their presence in the Norman market. Previous business and personal relationships with the developers of SteepleChase yielded a great opportunity for Tyre to establish itself in the Stillwater area market. An area where 2,000 sq. ft. and above, single family residences, have always had a tradition and reputation for quality and long-term maintenance of value.
